Orders can be modified or canceled within a 24-hour window from the time of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee of $10.00 USD will be applied to any cancellations.
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- You do not receive your order at all.
- You receive the incorrect or damaged product.
- It has not been 24 hours since you placed the order.
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or if it is defective/damaged, please contact us via email, and we will arrange for a replacement. We adhere to a 30-day return policy for cases where the product received is not as ordered.
